- This data is then fed into the DSD software to produce a variety of shapes and forms of veneers which can be placed over your teeth.
- These images help the dental laboratory create a more realistic mockup which may include your facial aesthetics and also enables you to see how your smile will look once your treatment has been completed.
What is the porcelain veneers process?
Often, but not always, the teeth receiving the porcelain veneers need to be shaved to accommodate the veneer by removing a very thin layer of enamel. This is done at your first visit before impressions are made for the lab.
Our dentist may decide you need temporary veneers while you are waiting for your permanent versions to arrive, but this might not be the case for all patients.
On the second visit, your permanent veneers are fitted by our experienced dentists serving Dubbo. These are checked, adjusted, bonded to the teeth and polished to give a natural, flawless shine.
